There's a reason why Kings Langley Estates have 5/5 from every single review - it's because they are an absolute cut above anyone else you'll ever work with. David has demonstrated a 'get stuff done' energy I can only dream of having, as well as real market experience and knowledge that he will honestly communicate in a responsive, but sympathetic, manner. Could not ask for anything more in an agent, above and beyond the call of duty, if only all businesses worked like this.

I recently rented a flat through Kings Langley Estates and had a very positive experience throughout the whole process. James was extremely supportive, professional, and responsive from the initial viewing all the way through referencing, check-in, and moving into the property. I would definitely recommend Kings Langley Estates to anyone looking to rent a property in the area.

Both David and James have been fantastic to work with while newly renting a property - they are responsive and happy to help - they clearly care about their tenants. The process of renting has been made so much easier!

We were sick of our current managers, Haart, who never communicated with us or passed comms from our tenants to us, never inspected the property, grossly mishandled tenants leaving and new ones coming in, ignoring damage done by previous tenants prior to releasing the deposit, and were generally very rude and disrespectful. We spoke to David about changing to KLE and he was immediately onto it. He visited our tenants, checking on them and the property, always communicating what he was doing and what needed to be done, organising maintenance and fixes for the property even before it had been fully transfered to KLE. It was like a breath of fresh air after the hell we had gone through with Haart. David has our trust and our tenants' trust and we have no regrets about engaging him to manage our property

We had a fantastic experience with Kings Langley Estates Agency while purchasing our new home. The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently from start to finish. A special thank you to Mr David Freeman, who was incredibly helpful throughout. He was always available to answer our questions, kept us well-informed at every stage, and made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. His knowledge, responsiveness, and genuine support really stood out. We truly appreciate all the help and would highly recommend Kings Langley Estates Agency to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Working with Kings Langley Estates, especially James, has been the best decision I’ve made for my property. From the very beginning, I felt supported and understood. They truly went the extra mile to ensure I felt confident and secure in finding the right tenant—someone who would genuinely love and take care of my home. Throughout the entire process, they have been extremely communicative and efficient. Delivering great service and depth of knowledge. Overall, I feel secure, well looked after, respected and listened to. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

David Freedman of Kings Langley Estates took over the management of our development ten months ago and we went from being completely neglected to receiving 5-star treatment. Right from the start he assessed the development and started fixing issues up to top standards, informing us along the way and delivering on promised timelines. He asked for any of our concerns and addressed all of those as well promptly. Any concern raised or assistance requested was addressed right away. David has been simply exceptional, a standard followed by his team and James who has been the one I've liaised recently more often. If you find a property managed by Kings Langley Estates look no further. Highly recommended! Thank you guys!
